From request to payout
Two independent reviewers, and a rejection is never a dead end.
You request a withdrawal
Pick an amount within your plan’s limits, on a day your plan allows. The amount is held immediately, so it can’t be requested twice.
Staff verify it
A staff member checks the request against your account before it goes any further. No money moves at this step.
An admin approves it
A second, independent reviewer signs off on the payout. Two people, not one, stand between a request and money leaving the platform.
The payout goes out
Once approved, the transfer is sent to your payout details and the ledger records the paid entry and any fee separately.
A rejection isn’t final. You get the reason, the funds return to your withdrawal wallet immediately, and you can amend the request and resubmit — the retry stays linked to what it replaced, so staff can see the history.
